However, you may have some feedback to help our team optimize the messages being sent on your brand’s behalf.

Send feedback directly to our team to optimize your brand’s messaging experience. This can be done within any conversation on any message sent by our team to your shoppers.

Step by Step:

  • Log into your SaveMySales dashboard and go to your Overview
  • Scroll down to Conversations and click on any conversation
  • You can hover over any message sent by our team to see a thumbs up or thumbs down
  • Click on the thumbs up or thumbs down based on your interpretation of the quality of the message. This will prompt a feedback pop-up.
  • Enter your feedback on why you like or don’t like the message. It would be helpful to our team if you could include specifics on how you would rephrase the message or better answer a customer’s question
